Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Whatsio mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Whatsio provides WhatsApp automation tools including AI smart replies, keyword automation, broadcast messaging, and related features (the "Service"). The Service is available through subscription plans as described in the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. WhatsApp Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Whatsio complies with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Whatsio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. Automated messaging must not be used to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
• Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or phishing content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Whatsio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal or internal business purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whatsio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including any loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 7, 8, and 9) shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
